Proverbs 8:8 calls us out of this exhausting maze. Wisdom says, "All the words of my mouth are righteous; none are crooked or perverse." God's method for your success is wonderfully straightforward. The syllabus tells you what to do. The textbook holds the information. The straight path is simply doing the work. It means studying for an hour today instead of cramming for ten hours next week. It means writing a clear, honest sentence instead of a fake one. The straight path is not always exciting. It requires discipline to put one foot in front of the other every day. But the straight path is undefeated. It is safe. It is peaceful. And it is the road that leads to academic excellence. Stop wrestling with crooked methods. Walk the straight line.
