Daniel 5:29-31
29 Then Belshazzar gave the command, and they clothed Daniel in purple, placed a gold chain around his neck, and proclaimed him the third highest ruler in the kingdom. 30 That very night Belshazzar king of the Chaldeans was slain, 31 and Darius the Mede received the kingdom at the age of sixty-two.
The city was falling. Soldiers were storming the palace. The king was dead. And there stood Daniel, calm and robed in purple. He had survived political traps. He had survived the fall of an empire. How? His foundation was not Babylon. His foundation was the Rock of Ages. Student success is also about endurance. It is about surviving rigorous courses, peer pressure, doubts, and life transitions. You may see students fall to your left and right —dropping out, chasing empty pleasures, or losing their way. But by God’s grace, you can stand. Why? Because you have the discipline of Daniel. You have the favor of God. When the semester ends and the dust settles, the diligent student is still standing. The grades are in. The degree is earned. And the next king is waiting for faithful workers.

Write a survival plan for your hardest week this semester. Schedule your sleep, meals, and study blocks. Plan to survive and thrive.
Prayer Point
Lord, by Your grace, I will not fall. I will not quit. Hold me up with Your righteous right hand. Let me stand when others fall.
