23 At the beginning of your petitions, an answer went out, and I have come to tell you, for you are highly precious. So consider the message and understand the vision:
Friend, the pressure of school can make you feel small. When you sit in a lecture hall with hundreds of gifted students, it is easy to feel invisible. When you hand in a paper and receive a poor grade, it is easy to feel worthless. The academic system often measures you by performance. If you perform well, you are celebrated. If you perform poorly, you may feel forgotten. This can create deep anxiety. But listen to the words Gabriel spoke to Daniel. Daniel was a captive. He had no earthly throne. Yet heaven sent a message to him: "you are highly precious." Before Daniel received the answer to his prayer, he was reminded of his value before God. This is the truth you need today. God does not love you because you are on the Dean's List. He does not value you because you have a 4.0 GPA. He loves you because you belong to Him. When you believe this, it changes the way you study. You stop studying from fear. You stop studying to prove your worth. You study from a place of peace. You work with joy because your identity is secure. Let the love of God wash away your academic anxiety today. You are highly precious. Now open your books and pursue the vision with confidence.

Write the words "Highly Precious" on a sticky note and put it on your laptop screen. Every time you feel overwhelmed or insecure about an assignment today, look at the note and say, "I am precious to God."
