Psalm 46:1

Bible Reading

Daniel 12:1

1 “At that time Michael, the great prince who stands watch over your people, will rise up. There will be a time of distress, the likes of which will not have occurred from the beginning of nations until that time. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by an upcoming exam? Have you ever stared at a blank screen and wondered how you would finish the research paper? We all face moments of intense academic distress. Pressure builds. Deadlines close in. It can feel like a tight squeeze with no way out. But Daniel 12:1 gives us a breathtaking picture. Michael, the great prince who stands watch over God’s people, will rise up. God’s people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. This reminds us that God does not abandon His people in times of distress. He sees your late nights. He sees your tired eyes. He knows the concepts that confuse you. He is able to strengthen, guide, and protect you as you do your work. Your ultimate future is secure in His hands. A difficult class cannot define your destiny. A hard season cannot cancel God’s faithfulness. Study diligently, pray honestly, and remember that the Lord is your refuge and strength.
