5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. 7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and turn away from evil. 8 This will bring healing to your body and refreshment to your bones.
Imagine trying to solve a complex calculus problem. You are frustrated and worn down. You are leaning on your own understanding, and it is breaking under the weight. Now imagine a wise professor walks in, takes the pen, and says, “Trust me. I will show you the way.” What do you do? You hand over the pen. That is Proverbs 3:5. It is the great exchange. You trade your limited, anxious understanding for God’s calm, perfect wisdom. Student success is not about knowing everything. It is about knowing the One who does. When Solomon says God will make your paths straight, he is not promising laziness. He is promising clarity. Other students may zigzag through confusion, changing direction again and again, but the trusting student learns to walk a straighter path. They save time, money, and energy because they acknowledge the Divine Guide at the start. Today, stop staring at the map in panic. Look at the Guide. Trust Him.

Take your current to-do list. At the top, write, “I acknowledge You, Lord.” Then pray over every item on that list, asking for His strategy and direction.
Prayer Point
Father, I make the exchange today. I trade my panic for Your peace. I trade my confusion for Your direction. I acknowledge You in my studies. Direct my steps. Make my path straight and successful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
