18 The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining brighter and brighter until midday.
Have you ever watched a sunrise? It starts with a faint glow. Then color spreads. Then the sun climbs higher. It is a process. Solomon says your academic life can be like that. You may feel like a faint glow right now. You may feel like you do not know much. That is okay. That is dawn. The promise is that if you stay on the path of the righteous—the path of hard work and integrity—you will shine brighter and brighter. You are designed for growth. You are called to increase. Do not get discouraged by the darkness of a difficult subject. Keep pushing. The sun is rising. Every page you read turns up the light. Every assignment you complete adds brightness. By the time you reach your next milestone, you will be shining with more wisdom than when you began. Just keep rising.

Identify one area where you feel dim or weak. Commit to 15 minutes of focused practice in that area every day for one week. Watch the light increase.
Prayer Point
Father, thank You that I am a child of light. I receive the promise of progress. I will not stagnate. I will grow in wisdom and favor. Shine through me, Lord. Amen.
