Bible Reading

Proverbs 4:26

26 Make a level path for your feet, and all your ways will be sure.

You do not accidentally build a bridge. You do not accidentally graduate with honors. It takes engineering. Solomon says, “Make a level path for your feet, and all your ways will be sure.” Put on your hard hat. Look at the road ahead. Is it bumpy? Smooth it out by planning. Is it crooked? Straighten it out by discipline. Many students live in reaction mode— reacting to due dates and tests. Wisdom lives in construction mode. You build the week before it happens. You weigh the assignments and allocate your energy. When you do this, your ways become established. You are not frantic. You are firm. You walk with the confidence of someone who knows where they are going because they drew the map before the rush began.

Action Point

Take 10 minutes now. Open your calendar. Look at the next two weeks. Identify the busiest day. Plan exactly how you will handle it. Smooth the path now.

Prayer Point

Father, I commit my schedule to You. Give me wisdom to plan. Establish my steps. Let my semester be a testimony of order and stability, not chaos and fear. Amen.

Reflection Point

What pothole in my schedule keeps tripping me up?
